1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WebAutix's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide web development, SEO, UI/UX design, web application development, and maintenance services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement.
3. Quotes & Payments
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms, including any deposits and milestones, will be outlined in your project agreement.
Late payments may result in paused work until the account is brought current.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party assets and pre-existing tools or frameworks, which remain under their respective licenses.
We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access required to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect the agreed timeline.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebAutix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
